These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Feet Gold (the “Service”)—including our website, digital guide and related materials, accounts, and any plans or credits we offer. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Accounts
You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorised use.
Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials you legitimately purchase or subscribe to, for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful or to harm others.
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, quotas, or security measures.
- Copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our paid content or substantial parts of it.
- Upload malware, probe our systems without permission, or interfere with the Service.
Content you submit through forms or support channels must not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
Educational nature
Feet Gold materials are informational and educational. They are not legal, tax, financial, or employment advice. Results depend on your effort, market conditions, and compliance with laws in your jurisdiction (including rules for adult content and platforms you use).
Payments and third parties
Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Dodo Payments). Their terms and privacy practices also apply. Fees, taxes, and renewal rules are shown at checkout.
Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and content are owned by Feet Gold or our licensors. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are transferred to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we must do so for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the Service (where we will aim to give reasonable notice for paid access).
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feet Gold and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) if you have not paid us.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise. Courts in Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may also notify you by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
