Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Feet Gold website and related checkout flows (including digital guide access, subscriptions, and credit packages, where offered).
What Feet Gold sells
Feet Gold provides digital goods and software-style access (for example, guides, downloadable or online materials, and optional account features such as plans or credits). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you receive a licence to use the content for personal use, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Eligibility for refunds
We may approve a refund when:
- You request it within 14 days of the original purchase date, and
- You have not materially used the digital product or benefit (for example, extensive access to paid modules, bulk export, or consumption of a large share of credits), or
- There is a technical failure on our side that prevents you from accessing what you paid for, after you have contacted hello@feet.gold and given us a reasonable time to fix it, or
- We are legally required to refund you under the law that applies to your purchase.
Trial periods, if any, are governed by the terms shown at signup or checkout.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@feet.gold from the address associated with your account (or attach your receipt).
- Include your order or subscription reference and a short explanation.
- We typically respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method where possible.
Items that are usually not refundable
- Credits that have already been spent or allocated to usage inside the product.
- Custom or one-off services clearly sold as non-refundable at checkout.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Administrative or payment-processing fees charged by third parties (those are governed by your bank or payment provider).
Subscriptions
If you cancel a subscription, you generally keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a period unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
